Forget about the older members. They will be moving on soon and you will be an older member before you know it. They don't matter nearly as much as your New Member class. They are the ones you will be closest with and make the most memories with and want to keep for the rest of your life. They will also be the ones who will want to vote you into office, if that's what you want, in a year or two. Concentrate on friendships with them and don't worry about the older girls. Recruitment is long over, so what matters now is that you make the most of your time as a member. Also when you go through a recruitment on the other side as a sister you will have a very different perspective on things.
