Alpha Gam is definitely on the bubble between lower top/upper middle, but because they're Old Row and First Circle they'll always be better than any New Row house. Not known for being especially attractive, but they did get a good pledge class this year. KD and Phi Mu may have had to snap, but Kappa didn't even make quota. That said, they're still top houses ... for now, anyway.
