There isn't an active around who wants to be used for 'connections' so you can get a bid.That being said, it can be done, but you are going to have to be creative and figure it out on your own. And most of all, it has to be genuine. You can still get a bid without the connections, but you better have a good resume, some good recs for each and every house, and good grades. Keep your rep clean. And come with an attitude that no matter how great you were in HS, you are a dime a dozen in the rush pool. Be open to accepting a bid from any house even if you do manage to get some connections. They are all good.
