While part of the issue here is that probably hundreds of girls from the Birmingham area go through recruitment every year while you may only have 50 for so coming from a place like the Bay Area or Nashville. Of course there are top PNMs from these places but there's relatively less of them so trends are harder to distinguish. For example, when I rushed, nearly HALF of the girls from my in-state city went either KD or Kappa - that is a very distinct trend and easy to notice. It's harder to figure out where, say, top OOS PNMs from South Florida are going, because maybe there's only 5 or 6 of those girls to begin with. Just food for thought. In any case, generally speaking, I think DDD, ZTA, and PBP got the most "top" PNMs from out of state this year. ZTA especially for Florida and PBP for Texas... I wonder if maybe that's the PKT name working for them. People are also saying DG had a bad year but they got a couple REALLY good girls from the west coast that I was gunning for my (new row) house to fight for.
