Literally no idea why this is relevant. Chapters typically started in the north because women were more accepted at college there than in the south. Many of the earliest chapters founders knew each other even if they were at different schools. Here's a list of where all the chapters were founded even though its totally irrelevant for rush and I still dont understand why we're talking about it.
