Not very good as chapters have to not make quota during bid matching in order to snap bid. Chapters almost always make quota or actually exceed quota because Theta and DZ tend to have a lot of Quota Additions to reward pnms for maximizing their options at pref tonight. Were you dropped from both chapters and still hoping for a bid?
