Almost everything comes from dues. The biggest difference in dues is how much a chapter's housing costs are. A chapter with a brand new house and a huge mortgage will have less to spend on extras than a chapter whose dues are the same but has an older, paid off house. Some extras come from alumnae and parents but the huge majority is from dues.
