That is odd but not uncommon. My year I only had 6 for philanthropy and they were like the first and last party each day. That was horrible. You say "GDI" house party. How can you be sure no actives will be there? What if you get in trouble? If you got arrested it would get out. I mean if its just a few people you already know drinking in an apartment you should be fine. Still a risk but don't go to any kind of raging "open" party.
