You are ahead of the curve, a number of Texas guys go here. Do some research, get an idea of what frat you have an interest in and start emailing the Rush Chairman. Go on IFC website and you can pull up the individual Chapter websites. Most Frats have spring rush events before the end of school and see if you can get invited to those. IFC also has an Open House in late March/Early April to meet some frat guys and tour a few houses.
