Just from the looks of it, I'm pretty sure Theta's video was produced and edited by their girls. On the other hand, AOPi paid CollegeWeekly to produce/edit/post their video this year. For the most part, unless it's through a company, houses do all the work for producing videos. I know sometimes if a girl knows someone not in their house who's good at editing then they'll have him/her do it at either no/little cost. I think the commented above just meant that it would've been more beneficial to Theta to produce a more relevant type of hype video.
