1) No, it doesn't work in reverse. Houses have a list of girls they want to invite back and a "flex" list of girls they will invite back if for some reason the # of PNMs returning is less than anticipated. You will not go back to a house that has decided to cut you under any circumstances. 2) Houses will know you ranked them lower if they wanted you to come back but you aren't on their list for the next day but there's no way for them to tell how low you ranked them.
