I know for sure that ADPi, AOPi, XO, DDD, DG, DZ, GPB, KAT, and KD don't. Unsure about AGD, KKG, and APhi. Sadly with the way demographics are currently, there aren't enough WOC that go through recruitment, get a bid, accept the bid, get initiated, and stick with the chapter long enough to get an exec position. The statistics aren't there yet. Having multiple black presidents is a great step in the right direction though and I know PBP also has a WOC on their exec board.
