There are certain houses that look for a pledge class of 150 girls they already have, and there are chapters that look for girls that will strengthen their sisterhood, involvement, and overall chapter excellence. We had many foreign exchange students at my high school and their inability to speak english as easily as we do didnt impede them from making friends.
