This past year I started at Tut then switched to Prez in January. My first roommate was legit crazy pants and a slob and my new best friend lived in Prez and one of her roommates dropped out. I loved Tut so much even though my own room was hell. I mean you can literally throw a rock and hit a new friend. After everything I had been through having my own room was a god send. Prez is fun. You definitely can have mini pregame or late night parties. It is a little quieter during the week. Honestly I kinda wish Tut would of been a better experience for me. TL;DR- both are really good and you will end up hanging out at both alot
