I agree with commenter #1 in that I don't think a new house really changes things for top houses bc they were already popular with PNMs, but I think it helps lower houses. The perception of gpb has improved a lot on campus and with PNMs in my opinion and I think a lot of that has to do with them getting a new house. I'll be interested to see how it plays out for AOPi and Dz (and eventually theta)
