PBP belongs in whatever tier ZTA and ADPi are in. Basically New Row Tier 1 To me, it is better to say it this way (no order in tiers): Old Row Tier 1: AXO, PM, XO, KKG Old Row Tier 2: AGD, DDD, KD New Row Tier 1: PBP, ZTA, ADPi New Row Tier 2: DG, APhi New Row Tier 3: AOII, DZ, GPhi, KAT For Upper Midwest (like Chicago, Minnesota), Western (WA, CO, CA) and Northeastern PNMs, New Row Tier 1 may be comparable or even preferable to Old Row Tier 2. Just one opinion, of course.
