It could be very tight. I guess just follow the rules so you don't get fined, skip some shirts and activities. Don't fall in love with the most expensive or rich girl houses. But if that number includes your general clothes and social stuff then heck no! Most girls spend well over $2000 on new clothes and going out every semester.
