@Aunt Gin is right that a third house at pref may be a house you could not lose during the process and don't think you want. I think you usually have about a 1 in 10 chance of ending up there, but the bright side is that they really want you and see something special in you. That is attractive and probably means you will grow a lot and get a lot out of greek life if you dive in with the process and embrace the house, even if you are a little disappointed at first.
