First word that comes to mind......annoying They collect girls that come unprepared, without recs, etc, and that don't get noticed at better houses Then the work like crazy to be "involved", and promote themselves as rising, Very self promoting. A bit of a collective chip on their shoulder - as they believe they could have been somewhere else if the process was "fair" and trying to prove they are all that and them some. If they would chill a little, I think they'd be a bit more likable.
