Basically I'll be rushing this summer and I know a decent bit about each fraternity I'm interested in. I'm basically interested in all old row fraternities except phi delt. Can anyone who is not bias tell me things about each fraternity that I won't hear during rush? Like what are the cons of each that I should know about, and I don't mean like some bs kappa cocaine rumor, just actual legitimate info.
