AOPi doesn't really recruit based off of anything. Of course they want the best girls they can get, every house does, but there isn't on thing they're known for during recruitment. AOPi is pretty easy to get a bid from. Theta surprisingly does recruit a lot of smart and involved girls, so if your GPA isn't decently good then you'll be dropped. Theta is pretty easy to get a bid from as long as you have good grades and you were somewhat involved then you'll receive a bid. DZ, like AOPi, also doesn't really recruit based off of anything. DZ is known for being the bottom house here, so they tend to give out bids to the girls who were dropped from all the other houses or who were grade risks.
