YES, you need recs for every house if you can possibly get them. Recs will give each house a 'preview" of you. The more familiar they are with you and your name and background, the better your party will go, and the more likely they are to vote for you to return. If you can't get a rec for a few houses, don't worry, but do at least try to make the effort.
