I'm pretty sure at one point SDT did participate in formal recruitment. I could be be completely wrong, but I'm pretty sure the reason why SDT stopped participating in formal recruitment is because they weren't that popular among PNMs and they didn't have enough actives to speak to PNMs during rush. They do have a house and it's by Jefferson and behind the bus hub. If the were to rebuild they would have to relocate and I literally have no idea where they would go. I know Phi Kap is planning to move into Sig Ep's current house (since Sig Ep's moving into KA's old house), so SDT could buy that land but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be able to finance it. In my opinion I think they need to either start participating in formal recruitment again or leave campus. I don't think it's fair that as the NPC sororities have to deal with increasing numbers they don't have to. I understand that they're happy being a small back row sorority, but it's legit just not fair in my opinion.
