I think in State girls and girls who already know people in houses CAN have a more stressful rush Particularly, if they get dropped from houses where they thought they hadn't friends or connections. If it's poor grades, they might feel there is a reason But if not it can seem personal. That can be rough. KD, KKG, AXO and XO with a high percentage of in state girls can cause some anxiery because there is that pressure for some to be (or stay) connected to these "friends".
