APhi on top? Are you for real? They're beautiful but have a terrible reputation. Zeta and Pi Phi are good houses, but definitely not as high up as you put them. Zeta is known for having a bad sisterhood as well. ADPi are nice girls but very middle tier. Not standouts. KD is after the rest of old row aside from AGD, which you forgot, because KD has lost many of their top girls the past few years to other Old Row or even New Row houses.
