When some chapters can only invite back around 1000 after 1st round they have to cut the rest. It is not that they are "able to cut" it is that they have to cut. It's not a choice and the sorority doesn't set the number. A few new members won't really impact membership totals this year because DDD and AXO will still have among the highest active membership totals. If some chapters had to cut too many during rush this year then those numbers will be readjusted for rush next year.
