Does it really mean anything to fill out a COB form? I had a friend fill one out last year and she had the closest thing to a perfect resume that I could imagine and only one house contacted her for COB. She just figured they were the only ones doing COB. Turns out ALL houses gave out spring bids last year. I couldn't do fall rush this year and was thinking about doing COB but after what happened to my friend I'm wondering if it's a real and true process or if houses just give bids to friends of girls already in the house whether they filled out a COB form or not. Any help/advice is appreciated thanks!
