Dues are pretty similar across all chapters. Actually ATO has some of the highest dues on campus, not sure if the highest. All decent chapters will be 3k+ because otherwise they wouldn't be able to afford talent for their parties and occasionally provide alcohol. Sometimes dues will be increased to save capital for future projects. Basically it just varies from house to house
