I see no issue with upperclassmen rushing! I know that the recommended GPA is 3.0, but having a higher GPA, maybe 3.3-3.4 and higher will give you your best chance. Also, being involved in organizations on campus will definitely help you out, so be sure to mention any involvement (or leadership positions) when you go through rush! There is a separate quota for upperclassmen than incoming freshmen for each house, but do keep in mind there are a quite a few upperclassmen that are also rushing and some houses will only take a few.
