Yes, dues typically go up once a house knows it's going to rebuild and then they go down once the house is paid down/off. I'm not in any of the houses that are building now, but I can't imagine why their dues would be higher than any other house that's built in the last few years (DG, KD, etc). You'll get the dues info during rush but I don't think there is more than a $500/yr difference between the highest and lowest live-out dues and maybe a $2000/yr max between the highest and lowest live-in dues. No, there's not really a limit to what houses can charge but since all the rebuilds are similar size/quality, the dues should all be in the same general ballpark for new/newer houses.
