It really helps if you begin by registering with the Panhellenic Association in your HOMETOWN as they can answer many of these type questions and also help you obtain recs if needed. To answer your question: you need to ask alumnae of each sorority to write a recommendation for you. Most PNMs get at least 2 alumnae to write a rec for each sorority. They can only write a rec for their sorority. The alumnae can live anywhere and have attended any university (does not need to be Bama) It's a good bit of work. Get started now.
