tbh would add though that Chi Psi and Lambda are pretty still pretty challenging to get bids from. Chi Psi is on an upward trajectory once their seniors graduate and Lambda has filled its house after three bid dumps from fall 19 to fall 20 when they bid hella guys so they will be more selective from now on. Tbh in my view Chi Psi is more soft so if you want Chi Psi, rush Phi Tau/PSK as backups. But its still pretty challenging cause they will probs give like 10-15 bids (probably substantial dirty rush) out of the 200-300 kids checking them out.
