For starters, they have "THE ANNEX." Since their house is literally in Cayuga Heights (which is a different town), they make up for it by having annex mixers and the most dependable afters of any frat. And while they are top, they are more of a state school frat vibe, rather than the aloof and detached vibe of AD or the soft, gentleman's club vibe of Sig Phi. Because of this, they can appeal to a wide range of girls. Although some of the guys in the now senior PC might be clinically insane, and there're probably more than a couple raging alcohols in the house, their surprisingly down to earth personalities and ability to live on the edge will keep them top for a while.
