I said based on the outside. AXO and ZTA are boring to me on the outside. They lack the character that the older houses have. AGD architecture is pretty amazing and I say that even though I personally really like the iron work on Phi Mu and ADPi. I think DPhiE stands out because it is not your standard columned frat or sorority house that everyone expects. It is early 1900s I believe and has great features for that era such as the turret. Pi Phi for a newer house is impressive to look at on the outside. APhi looks like Tara. And Theta's columns really lean into the greek revival look (not sure when it was made) and not as roman in style of colonnade. You are probably right interior wise. Yes Phi Mu is impressive but not been in most so cannot comment on them. But we all see the exteriors and some standout more than others from the sidewalk.
