Don't get your heart set on any one chapter. You need to wait and see if you will even be rushing them at all. If you get to their Round 2 then YOU will see for YOURSELF what their vibe is. What YOU think is the only thing that matters. Don't listen to what anyone else says, including other PNM's and especially random internet strangers. GET OFF THIS SITE. Yes, it would be cool to get your legacy house, but that really doesn't mean anything in the membership selection process any longer. Round 1 is decided by the sororities before pnm's even get to orientation, and even if you rank them #1 it won't matter, they have already decided who's coming to Round 2.
