Pretty much every single pnm is guaranteed to get back zeta, adpi, and theta unless you get enough houses back to not have these houses on your schedule. DZ and pi phi are also likely to invite a lot of Pnms back, but invite back less then the bottom 3 and are more likely to drop girls after philanthropy round. It is easier to get invited back to pi phi then DZ though. DG is more selective and drops a good amount of girls throughout and you’re less likely to be invited back if you’re from the north especially if you don’t have the dg look (very cute) If you’re attractive A phi will invite you for philanthropy round, but are more likely to drop you before or after sisterhood. If you pref aphi first after preference round, you usually get a bid. A phi is a lot of Louisiana girls who are pretty but couldn’t get a top house/have a bad rep so keep that in mind if you’re an out of state girl. Phi mu and tri delta invite back a lot of girls for philanthropy round and cut a lot for sisterhood. however tri delta is much harder to get invited back to if you don’t have a connection. If you have someone in tri delta pulling for you, then you’ll most likely get a bid. If you don’t have money, tri delta will probably not invite you back. Phi mu has been taking a lot of out of state girls and is harder to get a bid from then other houses, but is easy enough to not be considered a top house. Girls who pref phi mu first don’t usually arent preffing with another top house, but girls who pref with tri delta usually are preffing with another top house, or have phi mu as their second. Kappa rushes based on vibes but they already have instate girls that they know they will give a bid to. If you’re out of state, you either preffed with another top house, or you’re there because you have kappa energy. Chi o is the hardest house to get invited back to for philanthropy round. You have to have some sort of a connection or a really good resume and letter of rec. most of the girls who go chi o have legacy of some sort. KD pretty much knows what their pledge class will look like but will invite more girls back for philanthropy if they are attractive and have a good resume (but will typically drop these girls especially if they are not from the south) KD takes very few non Louisiana girls, making it the hardest house to get a bid from if you are out of state.
