idk how you're planning to do that when the university is actively recruiting so many OOS kids. 80% of the girls going through rush are OOS. for real. that's the real number for several years running. so the only groups that are truly sticking to their roots of MS girls are KD and Chi O. they have the most in-state girls on their rosters. everyone else has a pretty good sized group of OOS & some sororities are almost exclusively OOS.
