"your chances are very good" is not being honest. Rush is hard and weird things happen for no apparent reason. Next year could work, but it also could not. I know plenty of sophs would went through twice only to be disappointed twice, but a few that is worked out for. No one is giving out bids right now except Sigma Kappa and DPhiE. Check them out.
