All unhoused sororities here, have it in their goals to attain a house, especially since Greek life is planning to extend housing eastward from the extension. However, not every unhoused sorority has made it to the minimum active, on campus years mark, nor has the financial backing to immediately attain a house. Getting an already existing building is easier than building one from scratch since renovations can be cheaper but most sororities want to be able to build a place that reflects their chapter and their ideals. Really the biggest hinderence of any chapter wishing to build is funds and consistent recruiting.
