Not for anyone who received a bid during formal recruitment. Those girls are not eligible for another bid until next year's formal recruitment. The MRABA form is very clear that it's a binding agreement for one year. If a pnm turned down the bid she was offered, or if she accepted the bid and then drops, she has to wait a year. Girls who were not offered a bid are eligible for a fall COB but it is up to the individual sororities to participate or not. Interested pnm's have to go through PHA's orientation before being eligible for a COB.
