I have to say I agree that talking about school spirit for a team that has totally stunk for 50 years shouldn't be a "red flag" for any sorority. Aren't sororities social groups that are formed around values that include friendship and school spirit? Why should that be a problem for a sorority? And if that isn't what you offer then what should I expect? What type of answer are you looking for? That we've really enjoyed hanging in our dorm rooms, too scared to show our face in any social situation in case some "sorority spies" see us? Tbh, the first semester at IU has totally blown socially and a lot of your rules are to blame. Get over yourselves and your small minded views.
