Fall COB is a lot smaller than spring COB. You can expect only 4 or 5 chapters to participate, and they’re usually DPhiE, ASA, TPA, and sometimes a lower mid chapter. They’ll usually reach out to you if they already know you, so once PHA releases on their website which chapters are doing COB make sure to get in contact with friends in those chapters
