house leased for two years. this school year and next. if there wasn’t a pandemic it would’ve been a really goood move, still will help them. But won’t be long term so it only helps junior and sophomore classes really. so a lot of pledges won’t wanna only be in housed frat for a year 1/2 max, they want that the whole college experience, so they will rise a little, but eventually will fall once the lease is up
