Below are houses worth taking a look at: Sammy (ΣΑΜ)- Provably the best off campus fraternity. Good pairs and legendary rooftop parties. However, they aren’t taking a big class and if you don’t know some guys it will be really tough to get a bid. Acacia (AKAK)- Solid house with a lot of indy kids. Very nice house aside from cold dorms. Pairs with a variety of sororities and has a decent rep on campus. Delta Upsilon (ΔΥ)- A house that is getting better every year. Pulls kids from all areas. Good GPA and arguably the best party house in their tier. Very well balanced house and their pcs/pairs keep getting better and better The other houses should still be considered but as far as the complete IU fraternity experience goes, I’d stick to these 3.
