Yes, they do have between 25-27 women abroad, but a few of them will be graduating in May and some in December of next year. I don't believe any of the women abroad will live in the house next year. It all comes down to money. Every chapter needs to keep their house full to pay the bills and put some in savings. This is why I wish informal recruitment was more transparent. It's all really about paying the bills and if that was stressed, there would be less of a stigma attached to it.
