this is exactly what happened to Theta at Ole Miss. the difference there is Indiana has 22 chapters currently, and of the 4 remaining, how many wouldn’t immediately get pegged as “lame”? Only one. Combined with the current environment of greek life at Indiana, those chapters (excluding Tri Delt) likely wouldn’t want to waste their time colonizing here. so It’s not like you can just colonize a different one and PNMs will suddenly change their minds about joining a new chapter. Where does that leave us? A different chapter will have to become the new “bottom,” until they burn out and leave, and someone takes their place.
