The only way to change the negative impact this site has would be to randomly assign pairs for Hoco and Little 5, then a few pairs a year. If IFC and Panhel took control and forced chapters to mix across the tiers, people would realize that we are all more alike than different. Until that happens, Pnms will continue to drop rather than give certain chapters a chance for fear of being labeled “less than”.
