^^^ YEP! Here’s the way I see it: you go to the store to buy a loaf of bread. You see whole grain with cracked wheat on top, oat bread full of chopped grains in a nice wrapper, and other kinds of upscale breads with grains and such. And then at the end of the aisle are the loaves of plain white bread—nothing wrong with them, just pretty generic. DG and Theta are in the whole grain section; AOPi is the loaf of plain white bread.
