You proved the above poster correct. DUH. TPA did not MAKE quota, they COBed to quota after bid matching which is NOT making quota on the same time the other chapters did. They also have a large house and have to keep it full or people's fees go up. I thin TPA would be a great opportunity for a girl who still wants to join. They are definitely moving up.
