I don't understand why at least 8 sororitys had to do informal right after recruitment. Our process seems completely broken. It's normal to do informal on the off-semester since girls graduate, drop, etc but i'm not sure what we're doing wrong. My sister goes to UF and all sororitys of all tiers made quota. Some are doing informal but the sororitys that do it usually rotate; you never know who will be doing it. What is wrong with our system?
